Trainer Scheduler
Scheduling, trainer records and fee tracking for a training company, built end to end in a month.

The problem
Scheduling at 10 Seconds was manual before this.
They place trainers into colleges, so every assignment carries an operations side and a commercial one at the same time: which trainer, which college, which subject, how many hours, and at what rate. All of it was tracked by hand.
Approach
An internal tool, admin only. The head of operations and the people working under him were the users, and the job was keeping track of trainer work and the commercials attached to it.
Trainer details are managed inside the tool itself, each trainer a record carrying qualifications and availability. From there a trainer is assigned to a college, with the fee recorded against the assignment. The calendar view is the main surface: colour coded per college, showing which trainer is on what, for how many hours, at which rate and on which subject. A dashboard sits over it with KPI cards and quick links.
Small scale, one team, internal. Supabase suited that, since it meant the whole thing could ship in a month without standing up a separate API, and without paying for a plan it would not use.
