Adore by Amrutha
Online store for a handcrafted saree label, covering catalogue, payments, shipping and the whole returns process.

The problem
Adore by Amrutha sell handcrafted sarees and ethnic wear. Clothing is the hardest category to sell online for one reason: it comes back. A store that takes the money and ships the parcel has solved the easy half, and the half that actually decides whether a small label survives is what happens when the customer wants to return something.
Approach
The storefront is the ordinary part. Collections, product pages, cart, checkout, an account with order history, and the policies a shopper looks for before paying.

Clothing has variants and that shapes the data: a product carries attributes, each attribute its values, and each combination its own stock and its own photographs. Payments run through Razorpay, shipping through Shiprocket, and each order generates its own invoice as a PDF.
The returns path is the part worth building properly, and it is a sequence rather than a button. A customer raises a return and uploads evidence. The request is reviewed, a pickup is scheduled, the item comes back and goes through a quality check, and only then is a refund released. Every step is recorded, so there is a history behind any decision rather than an argument over what was agreed.
The admin side carries the rest of running a shop: inventory and attributes, orders and payments, discount codes scoped to products or categories, reviews, customer messages, notifications, FAQs, and the cancellation rules themselves.
