Aventus Realtors
Property portal for a Dubai brokerage, with listings, blogs and the team managed from an admin the agency runs itself.

The problem
Aventus are a property brokerage in Dubai, selling villas, apartments and investments across developments from the major developers. A brokerage site is not a brochure. Its whole value is the stock on it, and stock changes weekly, so anything that needs a developer to update is obsolete the month it ships.
The second thing a brokerage sells is standing. A buyer placing a large sum through an agency is weighing whether to trust it, which is a different job from listing what is available.
Approach
Search is the first thing on the page, because a buyer arrives with a place or a type in mind and everything else is secondary to that.

Behind it is an admin the agency runs without help: properties added and edited, articles written and published, and the team page kept current as people join. Articles are written in a block editor rather than a text box, so an agent can put images, tables and quotes into a market piece without knowing any markup.
The rest of the site does the trust work. Services are split by what a client actually came for, buying, selling, property management, and golden visa assistance, rather than listed as one page of capabilities. There is an EMI calculator, which is the one tool a buyer uses before they ever make contact, and careers and team pages for the people behind the deal.
